BEHIND THE LENS
Photography is defined as the art or practice of taking and processing photographs. I define it as the fourth love of my life, behind my very obliging husband, my lovable, impish daughter and my extremely high-spirited son. My friends gave me the nickname, "Shutterbug", years ago because I practically live behind my camera. Creating memories and capturing that perfect moment are the notions that drive me when my alarm (again, my high-spirited son) wakes me in the morning. I am inspired by a newborn's tiny pink toes. A toddler's miniature pigtails. A family flying a kite together on the beach. A senior's well-worn lacrosse jersey. And a bride's heirloom brooch. I am truly doing what I love and I believe that reveals itself in my photographs.
My session fee is $125. I work on location, preferably in natural light. Nature is usually my backdrop, be it your backyard, on the beach or on a city sidewalk. Wherever you want to be, I go.
All photo prints are sold a la carte.

What to Expect
Photographs tell stories like nothing else can. The main purpose of the session is to produce photographs that will make you smile! But, I also want to make it a positive, enjoyable experience for everyone. I allow plenty of time for snacks, breaks, diaper changes, clothes changes, etc. Your session will be playful, fun and full of laughs! I am very relaxed and my time is yours.
What to Wear
Anything you want! I have seen it all! A tutu, a Batman costume, an evening gown, anything and everything, as long as you are comfortable! I always suggest bringing a few accessories to add on. A pair of rain boots, a cool winter hat, a tiara. And feel free to bring a few clothing changes.
